Changing your Subscription Level

From your OMX dashboard, you can change your subscription level at any time. 

1. Click "Edit Subscription" on your company Dashboard located on the left hand side of the screen. 


2. From the "Edit Subscription" page, click the "Change this organization's subscription" button at the bottom of the screen. 


3. If you are not already an OMX subscriber, you can select the plan type you wish to purchase from the "Subscription" drop down menu. Enter your location details from the drop down menu. Once you have selected your desired plan and entered your information, click "Change subscription".

If you would like to compare pricing options, you can click "Compare Plan Benefits" next to the Subscription drop down menu. 



If you are already an OMX subscriber, you can view your current subscription plan under the "Subscription Overview" section of the page. If you wish to change your subscription settings or upgrade/downgrade your account, you can do so by clicking "Change this organization's subscription" and selecting your desired plan from the drop down menu. When you have finished, click "Change Subscription."


4. Enter your credit card information. When finished, click the blue "Subscribe" button. 


Your account will be automatically upgraded to include the features associated with your new plan type. If you are a new OMX subscriber, one of the OMX team members will contact you to set up a training session to go over your upgraded account.
